It born from a selection of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes harvested from the best vineyards of Valpolicella.
Perfume: Very lingering of spices, reminds of black cherries in alcohol, liquorice and leather.
Color: Ruby red with garnet highlights.
Taste: Full-bodied, intense, lingering, complex and velvety.
Gastronomic advice:
It pairs up with red meats, wild fowl and mature cheeses, tasty or spicy. Sipping wine.
It is recommended to uncork few hours before. Has to be served at a temperature of 18-20° C
